As a 20-year senior executive in the United States Marine Corps, I've seen many service members leave the military and struggle to convey their skills to employers. Additionally, employers are not able to understand how the service member can assist their organization. Lastly, with recruiting and retention being extremely difficult, it's vitally important to recruit for the long-term and retain those already on your team. My business provides a one-stop shop for those services.

Our objective is to provide superior talent acquisition services to business owners while assisting veterans and military spouses with jobs that align with their qualifications. We connect veterans directly to hiring professionals within established businesses which results in overall workplace improvement and efficiency.
