Juneteenth Celebration

Born from the idea that students at HBCU's (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) deserve the same job opportunities and career resources as those at Ivy League institutions, HBCU 20x20 was founded to ensure students and professionals within the HBCU and Black community have the professional development resources needed to be successful in the workforce.

I attended Dillard University and Yale University and saw the disparities firsthand and wanted to do something about it. At HBCU 20x20, our mission is to empower the HBCU and Black community with the resources needed to achieve any opportunity through partnerships.

HBCU 20x20 is a social enterprise that prepares and connects the Black community to jobs and internships, while providing diversity workforce solutions to a wide range of industries including Fortune 500 companies, startups, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies.

We're intentional about the work we do to ensure we are creating a more equitable world.
